Convention

I traveled down to Hot Springs this week to meet with choir directors and set up the camp booth. We had 400 campers this year and we want more to come. Clint would like 500 and that seems reasonable. Can you imagine that?

We have a theme! We are not revealing it until later this year. I will say it's an easier theme than "Once Upon A Choir Camp" and a totally laid back theme. I'm afraid girls are going to like this theme more than guys. But listen guys, if girls are into this theme, they are all going to come to camp. What better place to spend a week in summer than with these ladies. (Just think about it)

Heath with Via Media will begin working on the camp DVD. Don't expect them soon though. If you want an ok DVD then he could crank out something by the end of the week. We try to add some good stuff in there and DVD Extras and those will take some time but will be worth the wait. I say don't expect them until September.

Thought I'd let you all know that the Camp cd's have been distributed and most of you will get them at school and some will get them in the mail. Give it a month or so.

I went ahead and put some songs up so you can add them to your myspace. They are not all the songs since they only allow you to post 4. There is another group out there call acc choirs that put up last year's songs. I have no idea who started that one.

I chose these songs because I liked them the most from the concerts. They may not be upbeat and poppy, but oh well. You can't download them so don't ask.
